• Last Call: Submit Your Entry for the Coolest Thing Made in North Dakota!

North Dakota is home to world-class products—and the people who make them possible. From farm equipment and aerospace components to food products and everyday goods, our manufacturers combine ingenuity, craftsmanship, and grit to create items that reach across the state and around the globe.

That’s why the GNDC Foundation, in partnership with Walmart, is proud to present the Coolest Thing Made in North Dakota showcase. This initiative is a celebration of the products that put North Dakota on the map and the workforce that shows up every day to make them real.

📢 But time is running out—entries accepted via email until October 5!

    WHY AND WHAT?

    • Showcase Ingenuity: Highlight the innovation that goes into products and the team’s work.
    • Statewide Recognition: Products and workforce will be spotlighted across GNDC platforms, reaching business leaders, policymakers, and the public.
    • Celebrate People: This isn’t just about what’s made—it’s about who makes it. Every entry is a chance to recognize a team’s dedication and talent.

Manufacturing today is more than gears and grease. It’s automation, productivity, and specialization. It’s overcoming challenges like supply chain disruptions, tariffs, inflation, and workforce shortages. And at the center of it all are the people—North Dakotans—driving progress and creating the products we depend on every day.
