Jonathan Williams\, Vice President for the Center for State Fiscal Reform at the American Legislative Exchange\, co-authors Rich States\, Poor States: ALEC-Laffer Economic State Competitive Index.  As a result\, Williams knows what makes businesses thrive and helps states become prosperous. Williams will present his findings in a special high level briefing at the CEO Roundtable. He work has appeared in the Wall Street Journal\, Forbes\, and Investor's Business Daily.  He has testified before numerous legislative communities\, and spoken to audiences across the US.  He is a frequent guest on radio talk shows and has appeared on numerous television outlets\, including the PBS NewsHour with Jim Lehrer\, Fox Business News\, and Bloomberg News.
