DESCRIPTION:Our Industry Outlook Series offers a "behind the scenes" look at specific industries that are impactful to our state's GDP and success. Each session will provide attendees with a guided SWOT analysis conversation among those working day-in and out in the specific arena. \nThe event will utilize a zoom platform. To receive call-in information\, attendees will need to register in advance. Recordings will be made available to members following the event.\n\nPresenters\n\n\n	Jill Beck: North Dakota Association of Realtors\, CEO\n	Scott Ritter: Aspen Group\, Broker Associate/Commercial Realtor/Partner\n\n\n\n\n\n\nJill Beck has been the CEO for the North Dakota Association of REALTORS  (NDAR) since 2008 after working for the association for many years prior. A Zeeland\, ND native\, Jill is a graduate of North Dakota State College of Science (Wahpeton) and the University of Mary (Bismarck) with a degree in Business Administration. \n\n\n\nScott Ritter is the Broker Associate at the Aspen Group LLP and has been with the company since the Summer of 2012. Scott specializes in new lease negotiations\, Tenant\, Landlord\, Buyer and Seller representation in all markets of commercial real estate.
