DESCRIPTION:Our Industry Outlook Series offers a "behind the scenes" look at specific industries that are impactful to our state's GDP and success. Each session will provide attendees with a guided SWOT analysis conversation among those working day-in and out in the specific arena. \nThe event will utilize a zoom platform. To receive call-in information\, attendees will need to register in advance. Recordings will be made available to members following the event.\n\n \n\nPresenters\n\n\n	Charley Johnson - Destination Marketing Association of North Dakota and Fargo-Moorhead Convention & Visitors Bureau\, President & CEO\n	Tim Chapman - International Peace Gardens\, CEO\n\n\n \n\n \n\nCharley Johnson has been President and CEO of the FM Convention and Visitors Bureau since June of 2012. Prior to that\, he spent more than 35 years in broadcast journalism and television management in Fargo. Charley is a graduate of Concordia College\, in Moorhead\, MN.\n\n\n\nTim Chapman is the CEO of the International Peace Garden. Chapman was hired in May of 2018 and assisted in the successful lobbying effort of 2019 to secure historic capital improvement funds from North Dakota and Manitoba. He continues to lead the Garden into a new 10-year strategic planning process while completing a capital scope of work at $12M. Chapman was a journalist in his first career\, covering news and sports in North Dakota\, the U.S. Virgin Islands and Wyoming.
