The U.S. Treasury released the Interim Final Rule for the Paycheck Protection Program (PPP) on the evening of April 2nd \;and additional clarification has been developing \;daily. \; Join us for an overview of provisions of the CARES Act along with clarifications made through the recently released guidance\, along with other implementation updates relating to unemployment insurance\, and direct payments. \; We will use examples to illustrate how the Economic Injury Disaster Loan (EIDL)\, PPP\, and expanded unemployment insurance provisions of the CARES Act can assist your business in navigating the business disruption caused by COVID-19. \; Finally\, we will specifically discuss how the CARES Act applies to certain sole proprietors\, non-profit\, and faith-based organizations. \;
