These sessions will cultivate conversations that shape the future of North Dakota's economy.\n\n\n\nPresenter\n\n\n	Katie Ralston Howe - Workforce Development Division Director\, ND Dept. of Commerce\n\n\n \n\nKATIE RALSTON HOWE serves as the Workforce Development Director for the North Dakota Department of Commerce and has led the state's Workforce Development Council since joining the Commerce team in October 2019. Over the last four years\, Katie has effectively increased board member engagement\, leading the council to develop a cohesive system for researching workforce issues and developing comprehensive recommendations that influenced recent workforce policies and appropriations. Under Katie's leadership\, the Commerce workforce team has developed an effective funding model for supporting locally-led workforce solutions and a talent attraction system with unique relocation tracking capabilities. \n\n \n\nThe event will be remote/virtual.
