Ripples from 2020 have directly altered the economy; however, our state has moved past reaction. North Dakota businesses are currently executing their planned strategies for 2021. The state's higher education institutions are no different; they have pivoted and are in constant flux to respond both to students and business needs. Join this moderated conversation between college presidents to further discuss the adaptation process their facilities have underwent to meet the state's workforce needs.

Attendees will need to register in advance to receive call-in information. The event will utilize a zoom platform. Following the discussion, attendees will have the opportunity to pose questions to the panelists.

    The discussion will look at:
    • Adaptations as a direct result to COVID-19, including virtual learning, curriculum modifications, student engagement, and student recruitment
    • Trends in student interests and/or industry workforce demands
    • Engagement strategies with the business community - including job placement or career fairs
