Champion of Mentorship to Keynote GNDC’s Women You Need to Know and Watch in ND Business Luncheon

[BISMARCK] The Greater North Dakota Chamber (GNDC) is thrilled to announce Dr. Ruchi Joshi Bhardwaj as the keynote speaker for the upcoming Women You Need to Know and Watch in ND Business Luncheon, taking place on May 8, 2025.
 
From New Delhi to North Dakota, Dr. Bhardwaj’s journey has been defined by grit, service, and a heart-forward approach to leadership. Most recently served at Grand Farm, her career spans science, education, innovation, and advocacy. She is a licensed drinking water treatment plant operator, holds a Ph.D. from North Dakota State University, and has helped lead the charge on securing multi-million dollar grants and launching inclusive regional initiatives.
 
She is also the current Mrs. North Dakota American Runner-Up and Mrs. Congeniality awardee—a dual honor she earned on the very same day she received her FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot License, underscoring her multidimensional talents and drive.
 
But it’s her deep commitment to mentorship that sets her apart. Ruchi is a passionate mentor for rising professionals—especially women navigating leadership in male-dominated industries. She’s a recurring mentor for the FMWF Chamber’s Intentional Collisions for Women and serves on multiple advisory boards, where she champions mentorship as a vital tool for systemic change.
