• GrowND Showcase To Highlight Workforce Solutions In North Dakota

[BISMARCK] – The Greater North Dakota Chamber (GNDC) is pleased to announce the return of GrowND: Workforce Showcase, a high-impact event focused on providing practical workforce solutions for businesses across the state. The event will be held on April 22, 2025, from 12:30 PM to 4:30 PM at the Heritage Center in Bismarck, with an optional networking lunch and social hour to engage with speakers and presenters.

Workforce challenges continue to be a significant issue for North Dakota businesses, with 70% of GNDC members struggling to hire while 44% plan to expand their workforce. In response, GrowND offers businesses a unique opportunity to gain actionable insights into workforce attraction, retention, and development through fast-paced, impactful presentations.

“Each speaker will present workforce solutions that businesses can implement immediately or adapt to their own practices, offering real-world insights to help organizations tackle staffing challenges,” stated Amanda Remynse, GNDC VP of Strategic Engagement. “This is the second year GNDC has hosted GrowND, and last year, 100% of attendees said they would recommend the event to their peers.”

The Premier Sponsor for the event is Bismarck State College, North Dakota's Polytechnic Institution.
