BISMARCK – The Greater North Dakota Chamber (GNDC) formally releases the results of their ND Economics and Employer Survey conducted in May this year upon the close of the Legislative Session.

The survey set out to assess current economic conditions in tandem with policy sentiments faced by the business community. The results provide a snapshot of where GNDC members stand on issues of importance related to current and ongoing conditions.

“This information gathered reasserts that a strong business climate doesn’t happen by accident, and it doesn’t happen overnight. The findings from our members serve as a reminder that we cannot take our successes for granted. GNDC remains vigilant in our work to advocate for public policies that enable businesses to grow North Dakota's economy,” stated Arik Spencer, GNDC President and CEO.

The narrative and infographics can be found online at ndchamber.com. GNDC plans to conduct this survey on a regular basis to continue to assess the perception of the business climate from leaders who choose to do business in North Dakota.

Spencer continued, “We hope that state policy makers will use this real-time information and partner with us to develop sound policy that ensures North Dakota has one of the best business climates in the nation.”
