Manufacturing Focus Group - December
Rescheduled for Wednesday, December 21, 2016
Manufacturing in North DakotaNorth Dakota manufacturers have unique challenges not common to other sectors. The need to invest high levels of capital in automation, the diversity of industries within the sector, and an ever increasing specialized talent pool makes for a challenge when it comes to lobbying state legislators and policymakers.
The Greater North Dakota Chamber understands this and wants to make sure North Dakota's manufacturers are heard during the 2017 legislative session.
That's why - at the request of several manufacturers from across our state - we are holding a special focus group session to explore the issues facing the manufacturing sector.
The information we gather from this focus group will better equip GNDC to put together a message that will be shared with legislators and policymakers in the upcoming legislative session.
